Laykor Refund and Return Policies

At Laykor, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you. Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. 

You have 3 days from the date of product delivered to request a return.

to be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.
  • it must be in the original package.
  • A receipt of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items

some items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items(eg. cosmetics, undergarments)
  • sale or clearance items
  • gift cards

Refunds

once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • if approved, the refund will be processed to your given bank account with 1 – 2 days.
  • if your return is rejected, we will notify you the reason and may ship the item back at your cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. Contact us within 24hours of receiving the product with photo for a quicker resolution. 

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error(e.g. wrong or damaged item)
  • shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • return should be done through Bhutan post or at our pickup point.
